Due to the nature of digital products, all sales on TailWag Vets are final and non-refundable.
Once a digital file has been downloaded or accessed, we cannot issue a refund, exchange, or return, as the product is considered “used.”

- File download issues
- Corrupted or missing files
- Incompatibility or unexpected errors
Please contact us within 7 days of purchase at support, and we’ll work quickly to resolve the issue. In exceptional cases, we may offer replacements or store credit at our discretion.

All products are licensed for personal or single-clinic use only. Redistribution, resale, or unauthorized sharing of our content violates our terms and voids any support or exceptions eligibility.
